C\u2019est ce que confirme Ma\u00eetre et activiste amazigh Ahmed Arrehmouch, suite au jugement prononc\u00e9 par le Tribunal de commerce de Casablanca, le 17 septembre 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Les faits\u00a0: Ma\u00eetre Arrehmouch, sur son mur Facebook, affirme avoir r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir gain de cause pour un de ses clients qui a port\u00e9 plainte contre une agence bancaire qui avait refus\u00e9 d\u2019encaisser un ch\u00e8que bancaire libell\u00e9 en langue amazighe avec sa graphie tifinaghe. La banque en question a argu\u00e9 que le ch\u00e8que est libell\u00e9 dans une langue \u00ab\u00a0incompr\u00e9hensible\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le jugement a rendu justice au client et a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bancaire de payer les dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats, suite \u00e0 son refus d\u2019encaisser le ch\u00e8que. Une d\u00e9cision juridictionnelle qui d\u00e9sormais devra servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et de source de droit pour toute d\u00e9cision ult\u00e9rieure.
