Un militant qui a entrepris la premi\u00e8re action politique \u00abmoderne\u00bb amazighe en cr\u00e9ant le Parti D\u00e9mocratique Amazighe Marocain, interdit par le pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>Ddda Hmad est un militant qui d\u00e9range par ses positions fracassantes et l\u00e9gitimes, en faveur d\u2019une Afrique du Nord amazighe, bousculant les arabistes en Alg\u00e9rie, en Lybie et ailleurs. Sa plaidoirie en faveur des d\u00e9tenus politiques de l\u2019Association Tilelli de Goulmima en 1994 reste une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019il repose en paix.
