La ville de Niamey, capitale du pays, a ainsi d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rebaptiser un quartier embl\u00e9matique, anciennement connu sous le nom de \u00ab escadrille \u00bb, en \u00ab Terha n Akal \u00bb en langue tamasheq, signifiant \u00ab amour de la patrie \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative symbolique et significative envoie un message de r\u00e9conciliation envers la culture amazighe et les communaut\u00e9s touar\u00e8gues, affirmant leur place fondamentale dans l\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale nig\u00e9rienne. Elle encourage \u00e9galement la revalorisation de la culture amazighe dans toute la r\u00e9gion de Tamazgha, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend des \u00eeles Canaries jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019oasis de Siwa en \u00c9gypte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter que le nouveau nom a \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrit en fran\u00e7ais et en tifinagh (\u00e9criture amazighe), illustrant la promotion de la diversit\u00e9 et de la fiert\u00e9 culturelle.
