L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement est organis\u00e9 en partenariat avec la Wilaya de Souss Massa, le Conseil r\u00e9gional Souss Massa, le Conseil pr\u00e9fectoral d\u2019Agadir, la Commune urbaine, le Conseil de la communaut\u00e9 marocaine \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, le Centre cin\u00e9matographique marocain, ainsi que plusieurs institutions publiques et priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9dition mettra en lumi\u00e8re le th\u00e8me des migrations \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9lection officielle comprenant huit longs m\u00e9trages et huit courts m\u00e9trages, produits en 2024 et 2025 et repr\u00e9sentant une vingtaine de pays, en plus du Maroc. Une grande partie de ces \u0153uvres seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es en avant-premi\u00e8re mondiale \u00e0 Agadir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jurys et nouvelles distinctions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le jury international des longs m\u00e9trages sera pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le romancier et diplomate marocain Abdelkader Chaoui, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du r\u00e9alisateur angolais Dom Pedro, du journaliste marocain Younes Moujahid, de la r\u00e9alisatrice et productrice malgache Ma\u00e9va Rana\u00efvojaona, et du cin\u00e9aste et producteur br\u00e9silien S\u00e9rgio Tr\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>Le festival introduit cette ann\u00e9e un nouveau prix portant le nom du cin\u00e9aste et critique b\u00e9ninois Paulin Soumanou Vieyra (1925-1987). Ce prix sera attribu\u00e9 par un jury compos\u00e9 de critiques marocains, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Mohammed Chouika, avec Ahmed Sijilmassi et Abdelkrim Wakrim.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la comp\u00e9tition des courts m\u00e9trages, la pr\u00e9sidence du jury revient \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisatrice angolaise Pocas Pascoal, accompagn\u00e9e de la journaliste et militante amazighe Amina Bencheikh et du journaliste-acteur Lahoucine Echaabi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hommages et programmation parall\u00e8le<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 sa tradition, le festival rendra hommage \u00e0 plusieurs figures du cin\u00e9ma et de la culture, dont la Franco-s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise Rama Yade, ancienne secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7aise, le r\u00e9alisateur belgo-marocain Nabil Benyadir, ainsi que le producteur et r\u00e9alisateur marocain Fouad Challa.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les projections en comp\u00e9tition au cin\u00e9ma Sahara, le programme pr\u00e9voit des s\u00e9ances Cin\u00e9-plage ouvertes au grand public sur la baie d\u2019Agadir, des rencontres artistiques et culturelles, des ateliers th\u00e9matiques ainsi que des conf\u00e9rences autour du cin\u00e9ma et des questions
