Son dynamisme, ses couleurs bleu,vert jaune rappellent son \u00e2me amazigh. <\/span><span class=\"_5yl5\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2015, Tarna a prouv\u00e9 sa vivacit\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sentant pour la premi\u00e8re fois de l histoire du NIGER, un candidat tamacheq, donc Amazigh aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles. \ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_5yl5\">Dr Adal Rhoubeid est n\u00e9 en janvier 1975 \u00e0 Marandet dans la r\u00e9gion d\u2019AGADEZ. <\/span><span class=\"_5yl5\">Il a fait ses \u00e9tudes primaires et secondaires dans la ville historique d&rsquo;Agadez. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_5yl5\">Apres l\u2019obtention de son Bac S\u00e9rie C en 1997 il est admis a la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decin de l Universit\u00e9 Abdou Moumouni de Niamey. <\/span><span class=\"_5yl5\">Il obtient son doctorat en 2008 avec mention tr\u00e8s bien et f\u00e9licitation du Jury. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_5yl5\">Durant cette p\u00e9riode il a aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de stages de perfectionnement aux Etats Unis et en France. Bien que ayant obtenu PLUSIEURS OPPORTUNIT\u00c9S pour rester vivre aux USA, Dr Adal Rhoubeid a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 rentrer au Niger pour servir son peuple et partager le destin de sa terre natal. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_5yl5\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-741 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/amadalamazigh.press.ma\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tarna-1-250x250.jpg?resize=250%2C250\" alt=\"tarna (1)\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/amadalamazigh.press.ma\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tarna-1.jpg?resize=250%2C250&amp;ssl=1 250w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/amadalamazigh.press.ma\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tarna-1.jpg?w=480&amp;ssl=1 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Apres ses \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales Dr Adal RHOUBEID ouvre une clinique, la clinique Tamesna, dans la ville de Tahoua.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_d97\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_5yl5\">Pendant des ann\u00e9es il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation des cases de sante dans les villages et campements. Son m\u00e9tier de clinicien qui le met en contact direct avec l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9 de son peuple lui a fait prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s pour fonder avec ses camarades le Mouvement D\u00e9mocratique pour le Renouveau MDR. A travers le MDR-TARNA Dr Adal entend offrir a son peuple l\u2019alternative la plus cr\u00e9dible et la plus authentique pour son d\u00e9veloppement depuis l\u2019av\u00e8nement de la D\u00e9mocratie au Niger.
