Certes, peut-on conc\u00e9der qu\u2019en Tunisie les Amazighophones ne forment qu\u2019une minorit\u00e9, mais est-ce une raison pour que cette \u00ab\u00a0minorit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb soit priv\u00e9e de ses droits \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires. Et que faire des Tunisiennes et Tunisiens qui, m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne parlent pas Tamazight, tiennent \u00e0 leur amazighit\u00e9\u00a0? Seulement, si l\u2019on consid\u00e8re l\u00e9gitime l\u2019action pour la sauvegarde des minorit\u00e9s, ne doit-il pas incomber \u00e0 l\u2019Etat tunisien, en vertu d\u2019un principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du droit international public, une obligation de protection au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la \u00ab\u00a0minorit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb amazighophone\u00a0? Nous appellerons donc de nos v\u0153ux l\u2019Etat tunisien \u00e0 soustraire la minorit\u00e9 amazighphone sous sa juridiction de la disparition presque in\u00e9luctable qui la tourmente.<\/p>\n<p>A cette occasion, TAMAZGHA pr\u00e9sente un rapport alternatif au rapport tunisien, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Etat tunisien et la question amazighe\u00a0\u00bb. Par ce rapport nous avons tenu \u00e0 relever les principales violations, par l\u2019Etat tunisien, du Pacte international relatif aux droits \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et culturels.
