عريضة المليون توقيع لتفعيل ترسيم الأمازيغية
نحن مجموعة من المواطنات والمواطنين المغاربة، نعلن عن فتح حملة لجمع مليون توقيع من أجل تفعيل ترسيم الأمازيغية بالمغرب، بعد تماطل ورفض البرلمان والحكومة المغربيين تفعيل ذلك، وعقب تراجع مؤسسات الدولة المغربية ورفضها الوفاء بالتزاماتها في هذا الاتجاه لأزيد من سنة ونصف، ما يعتبر سعيا للالتفاف حول دسترة الأمازيغية كلغة رسمية، وكذا عقب ربط رئيس الحكومة المغربية مؤخرا لتفعيل ترسيم الأمازيغية بفتح نقاش عمومي موسع، وبناءا عليه وعلى ما يلي:
– المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب، والاتفاقيات الدولية التي وقع عليها المغرب، وتشكل التزاما أمام المجتمع الدولي.
– دستور المغرب الذي يقر الأمازيغية كلغة رسمية للبلاد.
– خطاب الملك محمد السادس يوم الجمعة ( 12 أكتوبر 2012 )، لدى افتتاحه الدورة التشريعية للبرلمان المغربي بغرفتيه النواب والمستشارين، الذي دعى فيه إلى تفعيل الطابع الرسمي للغة الأمازيغية٬ بعيدا عن الأحكام الجاهزة والحسابات الضيقة.
– مطالب تنظيمات الحركة الأمازيغية بالمغرب، وإطارات مغاربة المهجر.
ندعوا كل المواطنات والمواطنين المغاربة إلى التوقيع على هذه العريضة المفتوحة في وجه جميع المواطنات والمواطنين، وكذلك أمام جميع التنظيمات والهيئات والإطارات المدنية والسياسية المغربية بالداخل والخارج، لثلاثة أشهر، على أساس أن يتم توجيهها فيما بعد لمختلف المؤسسات والهيئات التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تفعيل ترسيم الأمازيغية بالمغرب، وخارجه،

we call all the Moroccan citizens to sign this memorandum which is open, for three months, to all the public, and to all the organisations, institutions and civilian and political associations inside and outside Morocco, and which will be sent later to different organisations and institutions which might take part in activating the officialising of Tamazight inside and outside Morocco
